For me as a tenant I have always found them to be helpful, professional and friendly. Wanted to give Kira a special mention for going above and beyond what one would expect with help and professional advice at the end of my tenancy. Especially considering the landlord had stopped using Austin & Wyatt as the letting agency 2 years prior to the end of the tenancy. Many thanks, highly recommended for quality service in what are challenging times.

Originally seemed a respectable and decent agent to rent from until the end of the tenancy. Staff do not pick up the phones. Store manager (amesbury) likes to push blame onto landlord and tenant rather than taking responsibility. Awful communication. Takes a long time to have errors... Read Full Review

Countrywide took over a small independent Letting Agent in Amesbury Wilts, and changed its name to "Austin and Wyatt. Within weeks all of the existing knowledgable staff had left.
