Me and my husband found a house and we’re ready to pay a higher price to rent through this agency. We sent all supporting documents and passed credit checks and referencing, as well as paid deposit. As everything was successfully passed, we gave notice in our previous house. And then 2 weeks before start of the contract this agency is just informing us that they will not let us their property. No explanation or reason was given and we will be left outside without the house! We are just shocked with this service! Also during the application process they tell you to give them access to your credit card through some unknown program. This access allows them to withdraw money from your bank at any time. What if there will be a data leak? Your money will be gone. This is definitely not write people to trust such an important things!

I'm not event a tennant with them yet, just an enquiry over the phone and I was treated so rudely. So shocking that I've gone to the elaborate length of finding a site just to warn others.
