The attitude from staff is disgusting and quite frankly ridiculous. I had a viewing booked for a flat and was told it was cancelled and when I asked why I was told "if you're going to have an attitude then I'm just going to put the phone down." Taylor is a bully and absolutely vile to speak to. An absolutely horrible experience from this company. When I said I didn't have an attitude and was asking why it was cancelled she couldn't have been more of a sycophant.
