Awful experience, the agent didn't pick up our calls or emails, we put an offer on a house when there was no other interest. David Nelson was not picking up our calls or calling us back. He managed to get another customer (which per our understanding has seen the house a few months ago but didn't express interest or put in an official offer) to bid against us hours before our offer expired, then went on holiday. He knew what our offer was because we verbally advised as well. Just awful experience, do not use this company.
