Hard to rate an agent that isnt interested in doing viewings at all, or even answering the phone. Recently tried to view 5 seperate properties. Got a single response "we arent doing viewings, take it from the photos or leave it". Covid is not an excuse, as other agents are willing and able to do this safely. And customer service is a thing, look it up !

This might mean that your details are added to a call back list for scheduling a viewing appointment once the current tenant has vacated.
