Had two bad experience with Stamford Street Waterloo branch from 2018 to 2020. Apparently hailed as a new company; Emma convinced me to go back with them to redeem themselves but I soon regretted it. Only just found out after I have gave them notice to cancel within 14 day cooling off period (for good reason) that branch lied about returning the keys to my property. They didn't even let me know they were still holding my keys. Absolutely poor management, they are good at telling tall stories about how many viewings they have booked to have to discover yourself they made up (Pinocchio springs to mind). They need to be honest open and transparent all the things this branch does not have.
