I was left 10 days WITHOUT hot water from the first day I moved in, and they said it was fixed in a "professional and timely manner"; yes they don't seem to ensure at all that you have hot water on the very first day you check in. do as they promised. speak to me on the properties I am interested in. only speak to me on the properties I am interested in. be polite.
