This office is a disgrace to the estate agent sector. They valued the property high to get the business. They then turnaround when in contract and tell you the property isn't worth the value they state and advertise it at a different price. 30k less. When a potential buyer is found although the buyer doesn't have a mortgage arranged for the amount. They put forward an offer 45k less. When this is turned down they were insulting and said . You are stupid not to accept this offer. You won't sell it unless you accept the offer. 3x this happened as the potential buyer increased the offer. They are rude, unprofessional and work for the buyer rather than the seller. It's all about getting a sale rather than helping the seller . Avoid at all costs
