If I could put ZERO stars I most defiantly would. I've been dealing with this pathetically useless company for six years now and they just get worse and WORSE. The staff are SO useless, unhelpful, rude, they look very unpresentable , never answer the phone, NEVER attend to ANYTHING and when you eventually have no choice but to go to the office they are just there smoking cigarettes all day long, in fact its the easiest job in the universe to paid get to roll out of bed and do absolutely nothing. If I could complain to a higher ranked person in the company I would ask them why the company even exists to be honest as I'm still waiting for explanations from six years ago!! Its crazy ridiculous! I would never EVER recommend ANYONE to live in a building managed by Butlins!

This company managed a building of 76 flats between 2020 and 2024 and the communal areas were continually unclean, lights broken, lift broken for 2 weeks, no cover for concierge illness or annual leave.
