I can't describe how bad my experience was with this worst agency ever. It was only the start of tenancy and it started with load of lies. I was the first customer to see a property in Loughborough on rightmove and I was booked an appointment for viewing. I highlighted clearly that I wanted the property I do have good records and professional with no problems at all. They called me to postpone the appointment viewing for reasons of training!! I insisted that I am interested in the property and that I am in a rush to move in so they gave me another appointment for the day after and they promised the property is available and not to worry. In the mean time I made my plans and I contacted my landlord and my manager to give notices!! They did not mention any payments to hold the property or whatsoever. They called on same day of training saying sorry the property is gone. What !!! when and how !!!! and what happened to the training. They told me all sort of lies and the manager Rebecca does not have a clue about what other staffs were doing one of the staffs hung up the phone on my face with no clear explanation. They did not bother to check the records ..very abusive and worst experience ever...would you like to go through this hassle even before starting the tenancy ! Certainly NO they are not serious just avoid as much as you can ... SHAME ON YOU BUTLINPS it was my mistake to even consider contacting you and I am very thankful I did not go through this bad experience for months ..Thanks
