Consistently slow with repairs. Charged through the nose for admin fees before it was outlawed. Bilked us on end of tenancy charges - contract stipulated "clean to domestic standard" under the end of tenancy section, then at the very end stipulated "must pay for professional cleaning and provide receipt" - obviously didn't recall this four years after signing, very under-handed. Charged us for wear and tear that should've been the landlord's to pay. All in all, very clearly trying to extract money from tenants rather than provide a good service. Avoid.
