Most probably the worse experience I have ever had with an agent considering the size of this very small agent you would like to think they value customers far from it. I rented a flat from Coady Phillips just under a year ago under a joint tenancy agreement with one other person. I left that property 7/8 months ago owing to difficulty's with the other tenancy holder yet they still haven't removed me from the tenancy that was void over 7 months ago... Read Full Review
