I rented a flat from Coady Phillips just under a year ago under a joint tenancy agreement with one other person. I left that property 7/8 months ago owing to difficulty's with the other tenancy holder yet they still haven't removed me from the tenancy that was void over 7 months ago to suit the current tenants otherwise they would have to re-assess the tenancy. So in other words there unlawfully keeping me on a tenancy to suit the other tenant as one of the workers at coady phillips is a friend of the other tenant. This still leaves me Partly liable for a flat I haven't lived in for over 7 months in turn holding me ransom for a deposit that I cant get because of Coady Phillips unlawful actions. After trying to resolve this on many occasions Coady Phillips have left me no choice but go the legal route. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
