Most probably the worse experience I have ever had with an agent considering the size of this very small agent you would like to think they value customers far from it. I rented a flat from Coady Phillips just under a year ago under a joint tenancy agreement with one other person. I left that property 7/8 months ago owing to difficulty's with the other tenancy holder yet they still haven't removed me from the tenancy that was void over 7 months ago ... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
