Most probably the worse experience I have ever had with an agent considering the size of this very small agent you would like to think they value customers far from it. I moved into prospect house which is on Homesdale road advertising Luxury 1 and 2 bed apartments this is far from it and what they should be advised as is Damp and poorly built apartments , considering they are charging £1550 for a 2 bedroom flat isn't cheap considering the local mark much better flats towards Bromley south. I first moved in 6 months ago within 2 weeks I started to notice damp in my sons bedroom who is 5 I decided to clear the damp and see what happens within 24 hours the damp appeared again and growing up to the celling from the group , I contacted Cody Phillips and they said quoted from Candace are you just trying to be awkward can you not afford your rent !!! yes she said that !!! Anyway the whole flat become riddled in damp and all Cody Phillips told me to do was open the window , they couldn't careless , after experiencing these issue I decided to speak to everyone in the flat and I was shocked to know that every single flat has severe damp issues and again nothing is getting done. Within the flat the toilet flusher has fallen off , plug socks hanging out of the wall , exposed wires in a 5 year olds bedroom and all Cody Phillips will abuse you and do nothing sort any issues , within prospect house I have seen 5 people leave within 6 months bearing in mind they would of only been in the property 3 to 6 months as they are brand new. The most shocking badly managed estate agent I have come across and all you need to do is look into the reviews and you will notice everyone has had the same experience with these pathetic little estate agency , considering most agency's local seem to be a lot bigger and much better with customers service. Both the environmental health and property ombudsman is very much aware of this issue and have serval complaints from Mulit people , which was confirmed by the environment team. They like to throw around we have been in busy 25 years but with only 1 office !! Doesn't mean your good at what you do unfortunately!! Before you use definitely local agents considering , Foxtons , KFH , Acorn and much more bigger and better agents to deal with. I'm currently in the process of uploading photos and emails online regarding my experience with Cody Phipps so please do your research and don't use them.
