Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. They also prevented us from viewing the property before we complete which we thought is being spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense.
