Page & Wells might perhaps have been a good agent in the old days, when houses were sold to someone you already knew, or who came into the shop to enquire. But they have absolutely no clue *whatever* about selling properties in the 21st century. Throughout the whole of my 16 week contract, my house never came up at all in a search for properties for sale in my area. It never even appeared on most sales websites. Their communications skills are *completely* absent. They never could be bothered to keep in touch - I had more calls from other estate agents, than I ever did from them. Avoid, do go elsewhere, is my strong advice. Just useless.
