Page & Wells might perhaps have been a good agent in the old days, when houses were sold to someone you already knew, or who came into the shop to enquire. I have recieved nothing but bad service from them, to start with when I went to view the property the memeber of staff was an hour late and could not answer any of my questions (council tax amount, how many car parking spaces ect) when i asked about changes i could make to the house they have still ... Fantastic service, I have rented flats managed by agents before and had sooo many problems but with Page and wells i had no trouble at all. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
