Excellent service most definitely a 5 star rating - We rented a property from Page & Wells for 18 months finally vacating it on the 27 Feb 2014 as a result of purchasing our own property. From the moment my wife and I entered the office in Maidstone we were treated with respect and in a very professional manner. Our situation was not an easy one to deal with however, we were immediately put at ease and our requirements were dealt with swiftly considering rental property is of a premium in and around the Maidstone area. The rental department manager, Ms Simmons, runs a fantastic team. Whenever we had a problem with the property, which was very rare and always minor, it was dealt with immediatly and thoroughly. We have recommended this agency to friends and a result of the excellent service we decided to purchase our house through the very same agents. I cannot recommend them highly enough. K Lowerson

I have recieved nothing but bad service from them, to start with when I went to view the property the memeber of staff was an hour late and could not answer any of my questions (council tax amount, how many car parking spaces ect) when i asked about changes i could make to the house they have still ...
