Truly awful and unethical. I had to deal with Stephanie Stavrou on email who was really rude and unprofessional to me, I tried to find a tenancy replacement and they would not accept them. I found 3 suitable tenants who they would not accept on minor technicalities. They had absolutely no regard for the fact that I was a key NHS worker who couldn't maintain the house share, on top of this Stephanie was really rude, blunt and unpleasant over email. She even tried to tell me that I would still have to pay even after my one year contract ended if I could not find a replacement. Professional scam artists, please avoid them. I feel sorry for anyone who makes the same mistake I did.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
