Shocking slumlord. They own and manage the property which is crumbling into the ground. He won't spend any money on the property, even when desperately required. Has rising damp.

Truly awful and unethical. I had to deal with Stephanie Stavrou on email who was really rude and unprofessional to me, I tried to find a tenancy replacement and they would not accept them. I live with my boyfriend and our housemate wants to move out. He is struggling to find someone to take the room and called the agency to let them know this. Very incompetent property management. We are trying to get various issues fixed in the property (to which the landlord gave his permission) for more than 6 MONTHS. Every attempt ended in empty promises and you never hear from them again. A very frustrating waste of time and... Read Full Review
