Harringey Letting team have been absolutely fantastic. It is the first time I have let a property and the whole process has been absolutely seamless. I was extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Anthony Pepe . I made an offer for the property 2 weeks ago and was told I would get a call within 2 days. I made several calls and spoke to numerous people in the office who told me that I would get a call back today . Well I didn't receive a call and only received a call 1 week later . This sums up the company! When I finally received the call they tell me that they have accepted another offer. This is despite me Being told by Ben after I made my offer that they would be coming back allowing us to make final offers . This tells me that the communications within the office is extremely poor. I had highly recommended Anthony Pepe in the past because I purchased my home through them 8 years ago but the service has gone down hill and I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated as a client . I would never recommend friends or family to Anthony Pepe. I have never been so angry and upset at the way I was treated and I have been dealing with estate agents for over 15 years . if the directors really care about their company they will contact me. They seriously need to improve there communication skills from top to bottom

We recently sold a property through Anthony Pepe.
WE found them to be by far the most professional agents in the area.
At a stressfully time they provided much needed support, and were able to guide us through problem solving.
We found Ben to be very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and efficient in liaising with Solicitors and other parties .
Andrew was excellent at keeping us informed every step of the way!

We had a week from viewing to get all the references and payments done to ensure we could move in on our desired date, which thanks to their endeavours, we managed to do. The viewing was informative, and the agent who showed us, James, was friendly and helpful when showing us the property. And once we had decided to put down the holding deposit and make an offer, he was quick to phone the landlord and secure the property for us.

From then on we dealt with the property manager at Anthony Pepe, Jayne, who was always on hand to help and whom was easily contactable and friendly when trying to sort out the references and get the payments complete. Thanks to her efficiency and professionalism, we were able to get all of the required documents completed in time to move in on our desired date and are now happy in our new home. I would definitely use Anthony Pepe again, and will be recommending them to my friends and family should they ever want to move to North London.

Great service from the team. Always responsive to my phones calls and emails and kept us informed about progress throughout the whole process. They liaised effectively between myself and the vendor to resolve any queries.
The only area for improvement we experienced was that one of the two agents doing the Saturday viewings of the property arrived half an hour late. But was very apologetic.
Overall a professional service and the commission charged seemed very competitive.

When my parents decided to sell their property which they had been in for 45 years – it was not going to be an easy process for anyone. After getting many Estate Agents in to value the property, as a family we chose Anthony Pepe the main reason we chose them above all others was the level of respect given to my parents not the sales patter. Both Ben and James were extremely approachable and knowledgeable, and throughout the process looked after our parents from start to finish. The house sold within a matter of days and the communication between the agents and my family was second to none. We knew exactly what was happening and when, which was extremely important to my parents. The team went ‘above and beyond' the remit of agents and the understanding and care given to my parents throughout the process which much appreciated.

Meeting Ben Tootill-Borrill and his team was like a breath of fresh spring air. From start to finish of the selling transaction of my property they provided me with exceptional advice and service.
We were very impressed by their professionalism, enthusiasm, interest and verve at all times. They work together efficiently and harmoniously.
Their communication skills were excellent and they kept me informed through every stage of the selling process. They were open, honest and friendly but, at the same time, they acted in a professional business manner.
It was a good experience to deal with them. We are more than pleased to recommend Ben Tootill-Borrill, James Haines, Louise Brown and James Cooper to any future vendors.
Also they can serve as an excellent example to some of the estate agents in the area.
This is a no-nonsense Company.
