For some reason they have got my apartment up for sale.. It is not up for sale and hasn't been since April.. None called me back after I had put an offer in. No feedback call or even a response for my offer. Later, they failed to turn up for one of the viewings. Asked to view another but no response and always busy and not answering calls. Can't believe many landlords use them so we don't have a choice... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be professional. Turn up for appointments and if you can\'t make it ring the customer to let them know. Don\'t let them hanging in the cold wet rain especially when they are waiting out with a baby! Return calls when an offer is made even if the offer is rejected. Work on your professional and customer service skills. Get out of business so the customers can actually view the house through other agents! I know its rude to say this but this is my humble honest opinion after dealing with your branch office for the last 2-3 properties.

We phoned this agency today to request a viewing for Ayton Grove in Manchester. We are cash buyers and the agent refused to allow us a first viewing of the property without documented evidence of proof of funds. This is absolutely ludicrous as we have never been asked for this by any other estate... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
If you want to sell more houses you may wish to consider asking for proof of funds when a buyer actually puts an offer in and not try to put them off right at the start of the process by demanding paperwork for a first viewing. There are plenty of other competitors in Manchester who buyers can go to instead of you.
