If I could give this business zero stars, I would. Poor customer service, blatant lies about the flat being refurbished and an astronomically slow response time in getting issues in the flat fixed. The flat we were moved into that was promised to be refurbished before moving in but it was in a completely disgusting state. Taking advantage of the covid situation by not letting us physically look around the flat prior to moving in and only providing a video tour. The flat was barely cleaned, there was missing lightbulbs, decayed furniture, mould and pigeon faeces covering balcony. How does a letting agent let all these problems slip through the net? Its either greed to get tenants in ASAP or just gross incompetence. I honestly don't know which is worse. To top this all off Bridgford knowingly let us move into a flat with dangerous electricity. Without us alerting them to the problem they'd have never fixed this. Just absolutely disgusting service. Don't use these conmen if you're a tenant because you blatantly dont matter to them, its just about taking your rent and deposit. I implore anybody to avoid them at all cost.

For some reason they have got my apartment up for sale.. It is not up for sale and hasn't been since April.. None called me back after I had put an offer in. No feedback call or even a response for my offer. Later, they failed to turn up for one of the viewings. What agent could do to change your mind?
Be professional. Turn up for appointments and if you can\'t make it ring the customer to let them know. Don\'t let them hanging in the cold wet rain especially when they are waiting out with a baby! Return calls when an offer is made even if the offer is rejected. Work on your professional and customer service skills. Get out of business so the customers can actually view the house through other agents! I know its rude to say this but this is my humble honest opinion after dealing with your branch office for the last 2-3 properties.

We phoned this agency today to request a viewing for Ayton Grove in Manchester. We are cash buyers and the agent refused to allow us a first viewing of the property without documented evidence of proof of funds. What agent could do to change your mind?
If you want to sell more houses you may wish to consider asking for proof of funds when a buyer actually puts an offer in and not try to put them off right at the start of the process by demanding paperwork for a first viewing. There are plenty of other competitors in Manchester who buyers can go to instead of you.
