As tenants, we were very happy with the friendly and professional service we received from Ross and Liddell. Any time we had an issue with the flat or wanted something fixed it was dealt with straight away, no fuss at all. Everything from the start of our tenancy agreement to completion and deposit return was excellent. At the heart of this was Ann, who I'd personally like to thank for the effort and time she put into dealing with all our queries. I would highly recommend R&L as letting agents due to their clear communication, professional and friendly service.
