Had nothing but headaches and bad tastes left by them. All they seem to be interested in is money. Customer service is none existent with them, when you have a query all that happens is that you get spoken over and told this is the way it is. Multiple times my boiler has stopped working and have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for it to be fixed, 3 months was the worst. Even worse that the power shower has never worked so left washing in a sink with cold water, not great in winter. Other repairs just get swept under carpet, shower, paint peeling off walls, 2nd story and doorbell has never worked. Had an issue with a neighbor in which we have communal stairs, made my son poorly from their drug use in which it states in the tenancy agreement there is a zero tolerance policy for, I have given them proof of the drug use and violence but they are unwilling to do anything at all. Fell behind with my rent due to Covid and suddenly I am getting numerous phone calls requesting funds but are unwilling to talk about anything else and as soon as you do try they shut you off and continuously try to talk over you. There is one lady in the credit control who is incredible and goes above and beyond but that is the only good thing I have come to know about them and it means nothing when there is so much bad. I would highly recommend staying away from this money grabbing, I'll communicating group of people who really need to understand there is a way to talk to people and it's people's lives they are affecting. If I could give zero stars I would.
