Having dealt with them twice I can not recommend them at all. I don't have very high expectations when it comes to London real estate agents (especially rentals) but both times they've been a dreadful experience and I believe they only want your money. Once they get your money they wash their hands of you and suffer from terrible amnesia. I've heard they were much better prior to the merger, even my landlord says the same thing. Please look elsehwhere.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
