Last Saturday marked a year when I first got in touch with my lettings agency to complain about a ceiling leak. A full year has passed and the hole in the ceiling just got bigger ... I’ve rented in Portugal, Spain, Angola and Brazil and never in my life I’ve been treated like this. Thanks @anthonymartinestateagents

A firm only interested in making money for themselves and the landlord. Could not care less about those who rent.
