Chloe was so helpful and really friendly over the phone. A kind person to talk to makes all the difference when stressing about a property. Chloe was always on hand over the time we were renting and always able to call and get some help. Charlie Benn is amazing, his Customer Service and patience was great! You can tell he loves what he do and it shows. His communication skills were excellent. I used the services of Anthony Martin Bexleyheath Branch as sole agent between October 2019 when first putting my late mothers maisonette up for sale and completion in February 2020.
Right from the start all staff and management were extremely knowledgeable and helpful and i was kept regularly updated with the number of viewings.
When buyers were quickly identified within 6 weeks and the price agreed the follow up service right up to completion was excellent and faultless.

First class customer service throughout, even when it is to be seen no where else, Anthony Martin estate agents restored my fair in well run organisations. All staff were friendly, quick to respond, honest, straight forward and very efficient. I honestly can't fault them and generally I am quite detailed and critical when I do a review. Particularly noteworthy was Charlie Benn, his sunny and chatty personality was backed up with thorough feedback, assistance and swift answers to queries. Charlie ensured I was fitted in at the last minute to view the property and this was late into the evening. He patiently answered my many questions about the property and throughout the purchase. The equally approachable Kevin was pleasant and prepared me for the best and potential worst in an honest but considerate way, when it seemed likely I would be outbid by a cash buyer. Having been knocked back on the phone by several local estate agents around Sidcup, with not only poor customer service, but rudeness and withholding of crucial information; I was even more pleased to deal with this reputable and honest firm. I decided to let my home through an agent for the first time and used Anthony Martin Estate Agents. I was delighted with the service, I was able to simply hand the keys over and leave all the stress in the capable hands of Charlie Benn without it impacting my hectic schedule.
He made regular contact, keeping me up to date and managed to let my property to a good tenant, advice and arrange for all the legalities such as contract, references, deposit, payment all within a few weeks. This took all the stress and all concerns I had out of the equation. I would highly recommend this agent!

During the whole process of marketing and managing the sale of our property I can honestly say all the team were proactive, honest, approachable and most definitely pulling out all the stops for a successful and smooth sale. We as a family have actually used the branch partner Kevin Murray for 3 sales and a purchase and as such can commend in an informed manner the service received from both Kevin, Charlie and their team as the estate agents you do want to do business with. Fantastic marketing and the service remained such through to conclusion of transaction.
