I had Antony Martin sell my flat and I can categorically say this wouldn’t have got over the line without the help of Kristine from Antony Martin, throughout the sale.
She was on the ball the whole times working all hours just to complete my sale.
I would massively recommend Antony Martin as all the sales staff were very helpful when I spoke to them and all were up to date with my sale process and happy to help.

The worst experience ever with the property team and sales team . The sales progression Amelia was a rod little dreadful and caused my partner to have further anxiety with the constant chasing which should have been through the solicitor. This is intended to be an honest review and not a bitter one. My experience with these guys wasn’t so good. I made an offer on a property for sale by phone without seeing the property as it was fully booked. My offer was ignored and not put forward to the vendor and by the time I had convinced them it was a serious offer it was too late the vendor had accepted another offer which was actually lower than mine. Some could say I was put on the backbench. And to clarify my offer was made before the other one which was accepted. Feel a bit let down but respects to the vendor for not guzumping! Hope you guys can learn from this as it could be seen as selective selling.

Throughout the process Cameron was absolutely brilliant. He was always available ( even when on a day off) and worked tirelessly to keep the lawyers on track towards a completion. Without him I think it would have been harder and taken longer. Thank you Caleron, you certainly went the extra mile.

We bought a property and those people was really low in everything.
They don't communicate at all with us ,and we can feel that they really don't want to sell that house.
Even our mortgage advisor and solicitors laugh about their experience.
Cameron and Tammy, the people who we had to deal to buy this property are the worst people i had ever met in terms of their job.
They put so much stress on us everyday, ask so many documents and require so many things that they shouldn't do.
The reason i'm writing this bad feedback about them is that they lied.
-They lied to us that the property is no chain and we found out almost at the end of process of buying the house.(Never trust estate agent when they speak about a property as they don't know what they are selling.)
-They lied to us that seller had cancer just to check us if we are still buying this property. And we found out from our new neighbour that our seller was healthy.
In all our phone conversations they was so mean with us.
With all respect for all of you want to sell or buy a property, please do NOT use Anthony Martin.

The team at Anthony Martin, Barnehurst were fabulous at supporting us through a very stressful time. Having had two sales fall through with another popular agent where they failed to inform us of anything (found out from a neighbour we were back up for sale!) it was refreshing to deal with a team who understood the importance of regular contact, feedback and advice. A truely personal service. And Tammy, the sales progressor, kept the whole chain moving forward. She sensed our nervousness towards the end when the exchange was being dragged out, and continually update us, even when the update was âthere is no update!â Fantastic team, thanks to all of you.

The first people viewing put in a top end offer immediately, and the rest as we say, is history.
Sharon and her team also recommended a quick and highly efficient solictor, which again took all the stress away and made the completion go smoothly.
The office constantly updated us on progress and answered any questions we had, as this was our first sale.
Big thank you to Lisa at the Bexley branch as well for doing a couple of viewings.
