3 weeks down the line after ringing the agency almost on a daily basis to try to pay the deposit they inform me someone else has paid the deposit and the property is no longer yours.
An absolute joke of an agency who have no care in the world.

My wife and I recently bought a house in Bexley via Anthony Martin estate agents. Throughout the process of the purchase we found Lee Ingram to be a great source of help. He was always proactive and diligent when we liaised with him. Whilst he was easy to contact and always responded to our queries within 24 hours which we really appreciated. I’d recommend both the estate agent and Lee to potential customers.

They made ammeters to the contract post the first year without telling or highlighting to us leading to having a pay a full months rent to break the lease well after the first year of being there. This is unheard of past the first year of renting a property.

Awful support from their team namely Chole, who is rude, doesn’t listen, couldn’t care less and is not able to consider anything other that what what’s written in the ‘Manuel’.
Awful agent, awful individuals working there, poor support for tenants. Disgusting!

Absolutely disappointed experience!!!
I wanted to buy a house. First of all, on my viewing the owner said that they didnt expect me to come and only because I spend my time to come and see they will let me have a look. I found it which strange. Straight after viewing I made an offer. No reaction. I have sent an email asking can I have any feedback. Agent Alexia Garcia replied, that I need to increase my offer, which I did. No feedback or any contact at all, despite I have tried to know any result . This morning I saw the house is not advertised already. No any explanation of contact from agent to customer at all.
Be aware you can waist your time like I did !!!!
