The worst possible agents I’ve ever dealt with. But when I mean dealt with, I always seem to have to contact them, but when told to wait for a call off them it never happens and when you chase them up, leave messages and emails for them - all being polite.... They never call back or just say the person isn’t in... On one occasion they told me that one apartment was getting fixed or getting sorted by the landlord and that I was to be called up by then when it was ready in 2 weeks. They said I was the only one applying and that I was ready to be accepted... after the 2 weeks I had to ring them and when they answered the house has apparently been sold?!? Even though it’s still up for sale on Rightmove and this was almost 2 months ago after it had apparently been let. I’ve had this problem with about 4 of these flats/houses being put up to let by Farrell and Hayworth and now I’ve chosen to not bother because it’s a massive waste of time and they must really not want to sell houses or bother with customers....
