Would have given no stars if that was an option. Rented a property in Lancaster. No inspection made of the house before I got the keys. No repairs carried out. This included electrical and plumbing issues. Could only shower as bath had a hole in. Still happy to rent this out to other people with no ... Read Full Review

The worst possible agents I’ve ever dealt with. But when I mean dealt with, I always seem to have to contact them, but when told to wait for a call off them it never happens and when you chase them up, leave messages and emails for them - all being polite.... TBH if I could leave a 0 star review I would. We've been letting a house off Farrell Heyworth for just over 4 weeks. Upon viewing the fencing was damaged and had missing panels. Before we put in an application we were assured that these panels would be replace. As we have a young daughter... Read Full Review
