Do not rent a property managed by Marsh and Parsons. They tricked us into a long contract and made false promises all in aid to secure a big commission.We have since had to be in a legal battle with our landlord at a huge cost. They are no better than criminals. Do not trust there agents.

As other posts say, estate agents are estate agents but my experience with Marsh and Parson has been awful. They will tell you barefaced lies to your face without even blinking an eye. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
