My experience is with the letting agency side. We viewed a property at the beginning of March and although it needed work we were happy to accept and pay a years rent in advance to secure it. The owner agreed and a date was made for moving. Then Covid 19 struck and everything was put on hold....nobodies fault. I then noticed that the property was no longer on the site so I thought things were moving again. Apparently the owners were considering selling so it had been withdrawn. No body told us, so we wasted 7 weeks, then I was told that I hadn’t made an application for the property, the paperwork was sent the day after we viewed and a confirmation email was received. I’ve since discovered the property has been let out and Webber’s won’t answer my emails, phone call requests or complaint that I sent in. I would never recommend ANYBODY use this company. Awful with zero regard for tenants who have wasted 7 weeks on a property that they manage.

Moved to Webber's from another agency at the end of that contract that hasn't managed to sell my property. Webber's were very proactive in putting viewings through and sold the property quickly and to near asking price. Great communication processes... Read Full Review
