Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and courteous at all times. The brochure produced was of high standard. We were always provided feedback after a visit. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly and courteous at all times. The brochure produced was of high standard. We were always provided feedback after a visit. We also bought our new house through Webbers. They helped make things good smoothly. Would definitely use Webbers again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Webbers Estate Agents, Bodmin, were brilliant when we purchased our new home with them. They were great at arranging viewings for us and keeping us up to date with suitable properties on the market. When we arranged to meet the agent at the viewings they were always on time and had all the information we needed. When we made an offer on our new home they acted as quickly as they could with securing the acceptance from the seller and kept us in the loop every step of the way. Once the offer was accepted they worked with us and our solicitor to ensure that the sale went through smoothly. They contacted us weekly with updates and also liaised with our solicitor on a regular basis. They always responded promptly to questions and guided us through the process until exchange and completion. I cannot fault the agency at all and would not hesitate in using them to buy or sell a property in the future.

Very professional from the outset. They were very realistic about an acheivable selling price in a difficult market, unlike other agents that we felt maybe over-inflated the value of our property in order to make marketing through them more appealing. The majority of our dealings were done through Irene who was very efficient and helpful, providing us with feedback within 24hrs of viewings and generally keeping us well informed throughout all stages of the sale. On the rare ocassions that Irene was not contactable, there was always somebody on hand who was well informed of our situation and able to answer any questions. We also received regular updates via post informing us when, where and how our property was being marketed. Communication on the whole was superb. After numerous viewings we accepted an offer on our property approximatley 8 weeks after marketing began, which in todays tough market was very satisfactory. Overall, we would certainly recommend Webbers (Bodmin Office), and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
