My experience is with the letting agency side. We viewed a property at the beginning of March and although it needed work we were happy to accept and pay a years rent in advance to secure it. The owner agreed and a date was made for moving. Then Covid 19 struck and everything was put on hold....nobodies fault. I then noticed that the property was no longer on the site so I thought things were moving again. Apparently the owners were considering selling so it had been withdrawn. No body told us, so we wasted 7 weeks, then I was told that I hadn’t made an application for the property, the paperwork was sent the day after we viewed and a confirmation email was received. I’ve since discovered the property has been let out and Webber’s won’t answer my emails, phone call requests or complaint that I sent in. I would never recommend ANYBODY use this company. Awful with zero regard for tenants who have wasted 7 weeks on a property that they manage.

Webbers are simply excellent.
In 2011 they were brilliant helping my mum move home, which for her was a huge undertaking, having lived in the same property for over 50 years. I asked to deal with the day to day things and they were so helpful always phoning me and sending paperwork etc., all this meant my mum had a "stress-free" move. When the time came in 2012 to put my house on the market there was only one agent that I approached - Webbers in Taunton. Again they were absolutely superb. I cannot say enough on how helpful they are. Even when things don't go as you would hope they are supportive and caring.
An absolutely first class Estate Agent, well done everyone and thank you again.

All estate agents are not equal! After very poor service from another high street estate agent we switched to Webbers and never looked back. From beginning to end the advice, support and service we received was faultless. Every member of the team acted in a professional and helpful way, and responded to our queries promptly and efficiently. We received excellent advice from Edward Thorne on the marketing of our property, and Gail Durbin provided us with continuous office contact as well as escorting prospective buyers around our home. The office is always manned, and even at busy times of the day the staff have time to talk to you and get messages to each other. Natasha was extremely helpful. Gail went above and beyond what we would expect an agent to do, helping us with advice on our purchase and maintained contact with our seller as well as our buyer to achieve the right outcome for us. The office also arranged mortgage advice. We were very impressed with Webbers, and will definitely use the office again when we come to sell our present home.

Throughout the whole marketing and sale process they provided us with regular updates as to the interest and feedback from viewings. Their staff were friendly and approachable and we would strongly recommend them to any friends or colleagues who want an effective Estate Agent who will work very hard to find a buyer.
