Been with them for 2 years now and they have never been good, they were better in the first year of being with them which made us stay with them but since the decision to stay was made they have been awful. I've waited MONTHS for repairs, at one point having to shower in cold water for almost a month because it took them so long to repair the shower. We have had to fix things like boiler and washing machine issues ourselves as they have take so long to get back. They are terrible at replying to emails, with me recently having to send the same email 8 times over 2 weeks before getting a reply, when my flatmate got a reply in less than a day. During these hard times of coronavirus and lockdown they have been less than unhelpful, putting more stress and money worries on myself and my family. Offered us £10 off a week (which isn't even a reduction of the bills we aren't using) and told us that if we take this offer all utilities will be turned off, food left in the freezer will be thrown away and the fridge and freezer will be turned off and that if we return and stay there at all we will have to pay the pathetic rent reduction of £160 back to them (which is rediculous when I will still be paying them almost £2000 for the term when I will not be living there), which isn't ideal when I still have belongings there and I live 4 hours away so had planned on staying the night when collecting belongings. Absolutely appalled at how inconsiderate they are and wouldn't wish anyone to have to deal with this awful awful company who should not be allowed to operate.

Comments on Agent Fees
We were charged excessive and unjustified fees at the end of our tenancy, including over £2,000 for gas with no proper evidence. The amount kept changing, and we had to involve the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to fight for our money. The agent ignored emails, was rude and unprofessional, and provided no transparency. It felt like a deliberate attempt to scam students out of their deposits.

I would strongly think twice about using this Company, they took over a letting for a property my daughter and a friend were renting in Nottingham for 2 years and then they tried to retain nearly 90% of the deposit. Absolute shower, so poor one star ratings is far too high. As many have said before take the money and run, they should be called Flog it and Scarper. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
