Absolutely terrible from start to finish. I was looking to buy a property, twice contacted them with a list of questions for the seller, twice I was told somebody would be in touch and twice nobody called despite me chasing (I had to play detective and track down the seller myself). Then, both parties having agreed to try and progress rapidly (6 weeks), 2 weeks away from our completion date , I find my solicitor has not heard anything, I find the sellers solicitor has not heard anything and it turns out , Simon Blyth estate agents (Kirkburton) have done absolutely nothing despite being chased. A month completely wasted which cost me a lot. It does bed the question - what exactly do they do for their money? Rightmove does all the matching of buyer and seller, after that they just seem to make things worse?

Very disappointing experience with this agent. Sent in a variety of requests to view via Rightmove and on the market. The service I received from all the other agents was far better than this one.
