Very disappointing experience with this agent. Sent in a variety of requests to view via Rightmove and on the market. The service I received from all the other agents was far better than this one. Received an email from Fiona in the office asking me if I wanted to view it. I replied immediately with days and times for nothing. I heard nothing for 5 days, so I followed it up with another email and again I heard nothing. Being fed up by this stage, I complained about the service on Facebook and miraculously people started communicating with me! I am now dealing with this matter as a complaint and waiting for Simon Blyth to respond to my messages to him. During the course of the complaint, I have been told that I didn't request a viewing originally, although nobody will show me a copy of the lead information They received from me. Furthermore Fiona told me that she rang me after my email, but there is no record of her call and she left no email. Heidi the Branch manager when dealing with my complaint told me ´ I am starting to question just how serious you are about viewing this property? “ Unbelievable, it was her employee who didn't deal with my request for viewing, her employee who refused to reply to my two emails, her employee who despite receiving an email from me offering days and times for viewings, said she rang me, left no message and left no record of a call! And after all that, I'm the person not interested ! You are paying commission for these agents to sell your property and yet when a cash buyer wants to view a property no one bothers to arrange it.
