Good morning Michael, First lf all I really appreciate your feedback. I am absolutely shocked by your feedback above as we have procedures and enough experienced staff who should always be on hand for you. This lack of communication is unacceptable and I take responsibility for how this has slipped through the net over such a long period of time. I will look into this immediately and be in touch to arrange a full review to understand what has happened and report back. This is the first time this has been brought to my attention and as the owner of the business i welcome all feedback, but also an opportunity to help restore some faith in your views on our customer service. I was really interested in a property at The Crescent, firstly I had to call to get the video - they advised it was sent out but when I checked my email account it had not been sent, secondly I was told I would be the first to see this property, an appointment was arranged for 11.45am. I love the property and would have immediately have paid for the deposit as it near to 3 friends of mind. Instead someone called this morning, got an earlier appointment and put down a deposit. This is incredibly unfair and given the comments above I guess I shouldn't be surprised - incredibly unethical company. I'm absolutely gutted to have missed out on this ideal property, I am considering taking this issue further but since the company do not have a complaints procedure i will probably get nowhere with it.
