I live at number 47 Cunningham Way and have had an issue with next doors fence for over 6 months. Was told when I bought my house that that side of the fence belongs to next door. After months of having a damaged and unsafe fence the landlord finally 'fixed' the fence. This wasn't done properly and now less then 2 months later the fence is completely on the floor. Both myself and the tenants next door have dogs and this is not ideal at all. I had a conversation with the person living next door and he informed me that Giggs said to him that the fence belongs to us!?! Despite months of emails going back and forth we have never been informed that the fence belongs to us (because it doesn't). Another interesting comment was that the person at giggs admitted to not having any paperwork confirming that the fence belongs to us. Giggs please communicate properly with both us at number 47 and next door regarding this issue. A member of staff said they would call me back around 3 months ago. Wouldn't you agree thats not exactly prompt is it?? Still waiting. Anyway not once has anyone given us confirmation nor said it has anything to do with me. The landlord needs to fix this ASAP or official paperwork needs to be sent to me detailing that it is my responsibility. At this point I don't care I just want it sorted. The fact that the landlord has already fixed it once again suggests that he knows it belongs to him. Stop putting things off and deal with this. Giggs are meant to be looking after that property and they sold my house to me and yet that don't even know who a fence belongs too on a deed?? Really?? I don't expect a response as per norm

Months on end waiting for a call back... Terrible lack of customer service. When emailing to ask for update about a damaged fence my partner was copied into an internal email by a member of staff who blantly said "does anyone even know what address this is?".
