Tell you whatever it takes to get you off the phone. Called my partner who was next to me and said one thing, called me immediately after and told me something completely contradicting what they told her. This was only one occasion of a see through lie. Useless, even if I love a house I won't buy anything from them again.

Months on end waiting for a call back... Terrible lack of customer service. When emailing to ask for update about a damaged fence my partner was copied into an internal email by a member of staff who blantly said "does anyone even know what address this is?".
