This is regarding viewing number 49 Cunningham way. Neighbours and myself have kindly asked that when doing a viewing at this property can they kindly not block the car parking spaces outside of the garages that do not belong to number 49. Yet twice more estate agents from Giggs and Co have continue to rudely block my neighbour. Making her have to park her car down the road and walk to the house during a viewing and ask for the car to be moved. The last response was âoh we didn't knowâ. Come on your meant to be selling/renting out this property and you are saying you are not aware that you can't park infront of another persons garage? And nevertheless we have told plenty of colleagues by now for all of you to be aware. It's embarrassing that I have even had to write this review. Stop blocking people out of there car spaces it's just common decency. Makes your estate agents appear arrogant at worse and uninformed at best.

I'm sorry to hear your frustrations as we as a business, both Giggs and Company and Noonan Giggs Property Management have taken on board your feedback from our previous visits. Please be assured we will be communicating the parking for the property to all future viewings and contracts workers to ensure they are parking in the allocated space. This has previously been communicated throughout the company and all our property agents are aware. We have not intentionally blocked people to inconvenience the residents. 31 May 2019Thank you for your response. However you mentioned that this has been previously communicated to the staff, however this has happened since then on more than one occasion. My neighbour has spoken to two separate colleagues now, the first time being weeks ago. I hope this matter is now resolved as we have never had this issue before only with Giggs and Co. I have lived here for 16 years and unfortunately it’s always Giggs and Co that manage to upset somebody in some way or another. Cheers, Ian

31 May 2019I can only apologise again Ian that you have had to contact us with regards to the parking and assure you our intension is not to cause offense or inconvenient residents. I started with the business in April as the Operations Manager, your comment " it’s always Giggs and Co that manage to upset somebody in some way or another." concerns me. Months on end waiting for a call back... Terrible lack of customer service. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
