I've dealt with many Estate Agents over 30 years, however Jaqueline Hickman of Simmons and Sons in Marlow is the rudest, arrogant and vindictive agent I have ever had dealings with. The property we rented was filthy and very tired, having been poorly maintained by the Landlord. On leaving the property, following an attempted burglary and finally vandalism to our car, we were insulted by Ms Hickman, who claimed we had not cleaned the property. Outrageous behaviour by a very unprofessional Company. DO NOT ever use Simmons and Sons

I strongly recommend avoiding Simmons and Sons. My Daughter had a tenancy on this property from 16/02/12 until 05/10/12. The property was very grubby when it was taken over and the laminate floors so dirty, your feet stuck to them !
