I strongly recommend avoiding Simmons and Sons. I've dealt with many Estate Agents over 30 years, however Jaqueline Hickman of Simmons and Sons in Marlow is the rudest, arrogant and vindictive agent I have ever had dealings with. My Daughter had a tenancy on this property from 16/02/12 until 05/10/12. The property was very grubby when it was taken over and the laminate floors so dirty, your feet stuck to them !
