Very poor service, if your selling your property - please think twice. I was looking to purchase a property through Stephenson Brown, I had to continually chase to confirm a second viewing and the day prior they rang to advise that the viewing was cancelled and that the property had been sold, even though they'd previously "not been able to contact the tenant to arranged any viewings". On top of this they rang my place of work to cancel the viewing and left a message with colleague - very unprofessional as they had left a message on my mobile minutes before which I was just responding to.

This company are in charge of my sisters property, in the crewe office. There is a problem with the rear gate, I haves asked since last September with no response.
