The communication is excellent and the support they provided us over recent months was very much appreciated. Nothing was to much trouble. Alex and his team are extremely reliable, approachable and always have a smile on their face. They ensured everything ran smoothly and efficiently so there was no stress involved.

Incompetent, unprofessional amateurs. Poor regard for legalities and safety of tenants. Using incorrect agreements that have clearly been added to over the years by someone with no understanding of tenant or Landlord responsibilities. Poor understanding of legal processes. What agent could do to change your mind?
Very High for the area. Usual deposit costs with other agents are the same as monthly rental, these bunch add more on top. I have heard they charge for 'management' of tenancies to landlords. Not sure what they are charging for as they certainly don't manage anything.

Incompetent, unprofessional amateurs. Poor regard for legalities and safety of tenants. Using incorrect agreements that have clearly been added to over the years by someone with no understanding of tenant or Landlord responsibilities. Poor understanding of legal processes. As a Landlord, I would be very wary of using this 'company' as they will leave you open to court action and potential damage to properties with their extremely poor understanding of renting houses. As a tenant I would avoid at all costs. Property Ombudsman and Data protection very interested in the poor content of their 'contracts'.
