Today was supposed to be our first experience with this company. After a missed call and a voicemail telling us to phone back the estate agents half an hour before our viewing call back X5 attempts - trying to call back 30 seconds after missed call. They finally answered and let us know after we had driven over an hour an offer has been accepted.

I understand that offer can be late in letting us know but why that couldn’t of been left on the voicemail and why no answer in all the attempts in the phone call back. Not use again not even apologetic.

I arranged to view a rental today in Trentham but had no confirmation so rang to confirm. So disappointed to be told that no I couldn't view as they'd received an application!??...I would have turned up not knowing this had I not rang...with this lack of communication I would certainly... Complete waste of time from start 2 finish. They lie, have no concern for you only your money. Slow to relay important information. Did not advertise property as they say on website. Read small print before signing on the dotted line. Took our money way after contract had ended. Disgusting... Read Full Review
