Complete waste of time from start 2 finish. They lie, have no concern for you only your money. Slow to relay important information. Did not advertise property as they say on website. Read small print before signing on the dotted line. Took our money way after contract had ended. Disgusting customer service.

We very rarely get poor reviews as you will see so Im surprised to see this, but happy to give it my immediate attention.

3 Jun 2019Very poor service, recently rented the property the agent is not at all aware what is working nd not working in the property. The property is not even registered don’t understand if this a fraud or plain negligence, if I drop an email the agent is never available it’s always next day and then another day. There not even a inlet nd outlet provided for washing machine , damp patches on wall , hob doesn’t work, meter is not registered. And to my surprise no one has idea about all this. Biggest mistake to go with these guys. No matter how much problem a tenant is facing even after paying all the money your work is never prioritied. Will be just waiting 2 more days otherwise will be going to consumer court . Not mentioned property was listed as zero deposit still they took 6 weeks deposit nd I paid but after facing so many issues now thinking weather I should have trusted Stephenson Browne afterall
